Mindfulness & Meditation Mindfulness & Meditation features a short guided meditation each week. You'll also learn ways to easily add mindfulness practices into your daily routine. Join us Thursday mornings at 11:00am.
Tai Chi Qi Gong The first half hour is performed seated for those with mobility issues. The second half is more active and includes the traditional Qi Gong exercises. Join Adrian Buczek for this program Fridays at 11:00am.
