You'll also learn ways to easily add mindfulness practices into your daily routine. The Maja Foundation at Calgary Foundation make it possible for Good Companions to present this valuable program.
Chen Tai Chi Chen is the oldest of the five primary Tai Chi styles. Each Friday morning at 11:00am, Adrian Buczek leads you through sixty minutes of this ancient art. This program is kindly supported by a grant from the Calgary Foundation.
It's a singalong of your favourite songs and fun stories behind the music every Monday morning at 11:00am. Your host, Tom Gillespie has a variety of show tunes, country, pop and rock spanning the 1940s to 1970s. Join your friends for some great musical memories!
StrongerU Senior Fitness This 30-minute pre-choreographed workout can be done seated or standing based on your abilities. Our instructors are now focusing on Circuit, which helps improve your balance and prevent falls. You will need an inflatable 8-inch bouncy ball to participate.
