This 60-minute program features both standing and sitting postures to match your fitness level.  Active Aging Yoga is on Tuesday mornings at 11:00am.

     Mindfulness & Meditation 
 Mindfulness & Meditation features a short guided meditation each week. You'll also learn ways to easily add mindfulness practices into your daily routine. Join us Thursday mornings at 11:00am.

               Chen Tai Chi 
Chen is the oldest of the five primary Tai Chi styles. Each Friday morning at 11:00am, Adrian Buczek leads you through sixty minutes of this ancient art.

It's a singalong of your favourite songs and fun stories behind the music every Monday morning at 11:00am.  Your host, Tom Gillespie has a variety of show tunes, country, pop and oldies spanning the 1940s to 1970s. Join your friends for some great musical memories!

     StrongerU Senior Fitness
This 30-minute choreographed workout can be done seated or standing based on your abilities. Focus is on cardio health, strength, stretching and fall prevention.
