We can all use a boost through these uncertain times. Mindfulness & Meditation hosted by Tracey Delfs features a short guided meditation each week. You'll also learn ways to easily add mindfulness practices into your daily routine. Our friends at Chartwell make it possible for Good Companions to present this valuable program.                Chen Tai Chi 
Chen is the oldest of the five primary Tai Chi styles. Each Friday morning at 11:00am, Adrian Buczek leads you through sixty minutes of this ancient art. This program is kindly supported by a grant from the Calgary Foundation.
